Eligibility Requirements
- In your current position for at least one (1) year
- Your last annual reviews had a Good Year or higher rating, and your performance is currently considered to be a Good Year or higher by your manager
- You haven’t been on a corrective action or performance improvement plan within the past twelve (12) months
- You meet the experience, education, skills and other job qualification requirements outlined in the job posting announcement and are reasonably qualified for the position
- You have discussed your qualifications and desire to apply for the open position with your current manager and secured your manager’s support and recommendation
